Restore Workshops cover a range of issues and are based on therapeutic knowledge and principles.
They are available to individuals and organisations.

Workshop participants benefit from facilitators who are qualified therapists and bring with them
a wide range of experience and skills.

Creativity for Wellbeing Workshops

"Create and Discover"

Venue: Castle Centre (Barnstaple)

Following the success of our last workshop, we are now registering interest for our next Creativity for Wellbeing workshop.

Date: Saturday 4th May, 2019
Time: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Delivered by Therapist Lara Hutchings and Artist Sue Russell, this day aims to help you connect with and celebrate your many different qualities through art and play. The workshop can be enjoyed purely for personal experience or could be used by counsellors and support workers as valuable CPD.

The cost for the day is £70 per person (includes all tools & materials).

"TeenTalk"

About the Workshop

TeenTalk is a workshop designed to help parents and carers improve communication, relationship and understanding with their Teen.

It is based on therapeutic principles and techniques and is delivered by two qualified and experienced therapists;

Lara Hutchings Registered Member MBACP
Shaun Leworthy Registered Member MBACP.

We regularly hear about relationships between teenagers and parents/carers being under enormous strain.

This one day workshop for parents and carers of teenagers offers an opportunity to explore some ideas on how to help communication and understanding in your relationship with your teen.
